The ‘sfusato amalfitano’ is a unique characteristic of the Amalfi Coast, a lemon so singular and precious that it’s called the ‘Yellow Gold’ of the coast.
To immerse our guests in the region’s history, we’ve designed a five-sense experience that begins on our own land, cultivated on the typical terraces overlooking the sea, where our lemon grove is undergoing organic conversion – a courageous and conscious choice aimed at supporting sustainable and completely chemical-free agriculture.
How it unfolds:

Our staff will accompany you on a pleasant walk through our lemon grove, where the cultivation, pruning, grafting, and harvesting techniques of the ‘sfusato amalfitano’ will be explained.
This is followed by an aperitif on our ‘Lemon Terrace’ with Lemon Spritz and appetizers, and a tasting menu dinner inspired by recipes based on lemon, local products, and vegetables from our own garden.
