You will participate in the lemon harvest and the preparation of traditional Amalfi Coast Limoncello.
You will visit our organic garden, gathering fresh ingredients that we’ll use together to prepare authentic Neapolitan pizza in the oven created by our dear Raffaele Proto in 1987.
You will learn the art of pizza, focaccia, panuozzo, and calzone, all accompanied by our wines, homemade limoncello, and delicious infusions, in a welcoming atmosphere surrounded by greenery.
